You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Revnology, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

• These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
• Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be resolved through amicable negotiation.
• If resolution is not possible, disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Malaysia, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts.

12. Miscellaneous

• If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.
• The failure of Revnology to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
• These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Revnology regarding the Services and supersede any prior agreements.

13. User Content and Prohibited Content

• You may be permitted to upload, post, transmit, or otherwise make available content through the Services (“User Content”). You are solely responsible for all User Content that you submit or make available.
• You agree not to post, upload, share, or distribute any content that:
  • Is illegal, unlawful, or promotes illegal activities;
  • Is sexually explicit, pornographic, obscene, or harmful to minors;
  • Infringes or violates any intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, or patents;
  • Is defamatory, abusive, harassing, hateful, threatening, or discriminatory;
  • Contains malware, viruses, or any malicious code;
  • Violates any applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations;
• Revnology does not monitor all User Content but reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to:
  • Remove, disable access to, or restrict any User Content that violates these Terms or applicable laws;
  • Suspend or permanently terminate your account without prior notice, including any paid plans, if prohibited or illegal content is found.
• You acknowledge and agree that Revnology shall not be liable or responsible for any User Content posted by users. All User Content is the sole responsibility of the user who posted it.
• Revnology will cooperate with law enforcement authorities and regulatory bodies as required by law and may disclose user information when legally required to do so.
